The wheels that you will want to use on your boat trailer should have either a galvanized finish or an aluminium construction. The reason for this is that these are the two most corrosion resistant trailer wheel types on the market. This corrosion resistance is needed because water can get inside the wheel and chip away at the bead seats which will result in frequent leaks.
If you have 185/80-13 tires on your trailer and your wheels use a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern like the combo that you referenced, I recommend using the Loadstar ST185/80D13 Bias Trailer Tire with 13" Galvanized Wheel part # AM3S334 which has a load range D (1,710 lb) rating along with an 81 mpg speed rating.
