What size bolt goes through bumper and screws into hitch on 15 Ram 1500 truck

I'm not sure what trailer hitch you have installed on your 2015 Ram 1500 but the etrailer.com Trailer Hitch # e98852 uses a 3/4-10 x 3.25 bolt while the Draw-Tite version # 75662 uses a 3/4-10 x 3.5 bolt. This means that you need a 3/4-10 with at least a 3.25 length.

The trailer hitch part #13333 that you referenced is a confirmed fit for your 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 and comes with the needed carriage bolts which are 1/2-13 x 1 1/2.
