Is There Ground Clearance Difference Between Draw Tite and EcoHitch for 2018 Subaru Outback Wagon

What is the difference between the ground and bottom of the hitch on the two models above

Expert Reply:
We had the chance to install the Draw Tite hitch part # 76227 on a 2018 Subaru Outback wagon and we found that the distance from the top of the hitch opening down to the ground was 16 inches which is the same distance as when we installed the EcoHitch part # 306-X7267 on the same Outback. This means there is no real difference in ground clearance for either.
