The MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent # MA00-07500K will fit your 2018 Ram Promaster as it basically can fit any vehicle or trailer as long as you are willing to cut a 14 inch square hole in the roof of it. I attached an install video for this kit that shows how it installs.

For an install kit for use with this vent assembly you can use the part # # 344270KITW which comes with sealant and install screws.
