After install, are the timbrens supposed to spin? I tightened down as much as I could

Hey Frankie,
The bracket for the Timbren Suspension Enhancement System # TFR250SDJ has a locknut in it that makes it feel like the bolt (part #4) is fully tightened when it's not. Their techs have stated that you just have to push past this point and keep going to fully pull the spring up and lock it in place.
