Your R-Pod 195 trailer based on my research has a tongue weight of 340 lbs unloaded which is a great starting point for determining best fit. When your trailer is fully loaded you want to take that tongue weight along with any cargo weight behind the rear axle of your towing vehicle, and that combined weight should be in the middle of the weight distribution system with sway control total tongue weight range.

My recommendation for your application is the Strait-Line Weight Distribution System w Sway Control - Trunnion Bar # RP66082. This is one of the best systems to actively fight sway to keep your light weight trailer in line with your F-150. The total tongue weight range of this system is 200-600 lbs. The dual cams and hot rolled spring bars provide great support and alignment. This will put you right in the sweet spot and will utilize the integrated friction sway control to keep you from the side to side movement and will also reduce the push and pull you were mentioning.

For a more economical option the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution w/ 2-Point Sway Control - Trunnion - 6,000 lbs GTW, 600 lbs TW # FA92-00-0600 which has a total tongue weight range of 250-600 lbs.

You will use a 2 inch hitch ball like # EQ91-00-6080 or a 2-5/16 inch hitch ball like # EQ91-00-6100 with either system. If you go with the Fastway system you will also need a thin walled socket like # EQ70-00-4800 or # ALL643216 to install that hitch ball. I've attached an article to help further.
