Will the BDW20193 cover fir the 5800lb winch, or do I need to step up to something like the BDW20190?

The winch cover you need for the Bulldog Winch Trailer Winch # BDW10029 that you have is the Bulldog Winch Winch Cover # BDW20046 which is the correct size and will do a great job protecting the winch from the elements.
