Is Replacement Gearbox for Landing Gear with Atwood 75721 Motor Available

Question:

I have a horse trailer with 2 independent electric jacks. The one on the passenger side makes a clicking noise and I believe its the gear box. It currently has at atwood 75721 motor. So I need a replacement gear box for that motor. See photo of motor

I did some checking and it looks like there aren't any replacement gearbox or even motor parts for your Atwood landing gear so if you believe that the issue is related internally you will unfortunately need to get a new landing gear set. The 8K Landing Gear Set # RVLG-8000 should fit directly with what you have as the weld stop locations are the typical 15-1/2" and 171/2" measurements (see attached photo). You can use the manual hand crank # RVLG-HDL or the 12V DC Motor # M1230 with the Switch # LG-145236 to operate the landing gear.

Please note that the clicking noise you are hearing could very well be some bad wiring on your landing gear. Check to make sure the ground is connected to a clean, bare-metal surface and that you don't have any exposed wiring anywhere. If you do then I'd try fixing that first and checking to make sure your battery is charged before replacing parts on your 5th wheel trailer.
