Yes, the Ultra-Fab Hitch Mounted Steel Rollers # UF48-979018 do have a grease fitting on the end of the bolt that secures the roller to the rest of the assembly. Please refer to the photo I linked that shows the grease zerk fitting which allows for easy lubrication using a grease gun like # L30132.

For a 3-1/2 inch hitch tube you are going to have to go with a weld on skid wheel like the part #UF48-979021 as we do not have a U-bolt style that will fit your dimension.
