Skid Wheel Recommendation for a 3-1/2 Inch by 3-1/2 inch Hitch Cross Tube

I want to buy the UF48-979018 to clamp around my hitch tube. It is manufactured by Valley Hitch and the outside main tube bar measures 3 and 1/2 inch. By your description I thought maybe it is considered 3inch because of the inside measurement. Outside measurement is 3 1/2 inch. Will this fit. Thank you.

For a 3-1/2 inch hitch tube you are going to have to go with a weld on skid wheel like the part # UF48-979021 as we do not have a U-bolt style that will fit your dimension.
