The crossmember for your Reese 30031-14K 5th wheel hitch resembles the part # RP58147 on our site. To determine which of the 4 height adjustment options you need to choose for your 2019 Chevy Silverado 2500 really just depends on the height of the king pin on your 5th wheel trailer and where everything needs to be for your trailer to be level. This applies to any 5th wheel hitch/5th wheel trailer towing setup out there.

How you choose the correct setting is by parking your Chevy and 5th wheel trailer on a level surface and then measuring from the ground to the bottom of your pin box (with your 5th wheel leveled out) and then from the ground to the bottom of your truck bed. Subtract the truck bed height from the pin box height. The difference is the height that your 5th wheel hitch (plus the height of your base rails) needs to be in order to tow level. (see attached photo)

Please also note that you need to ensure that you have proper bed rail clearance (see other photo) and you have proper turning clearance with the short bed on your pickup. If your older Reese 5th wheel hitch is a stationary hitch then your trailer may hit your cab during tight turning situations. In this case you will need a sliding 5th wheel hitch like the Curt 16K # C95DR.

I have also attached a link to our 5th wheel towing helpful articles and the fitguide for your '19 Silverado 2500 that you can reference.
