Yes, the Replacement Pull Pin Kit for Reese Outboard Fifth Wheel Mounting Rails, # RP58467 will work with your Husky 5th Wheel Hitch and Rails. It is the standard pin diameter of 1/2 inch. The length of the pin from the bend to the end of the pin is 4-1/4 Inches.

Valley fifth wheel hitches use what are called industry standard bed rails, same as Reese, Husky, Curt and many others. You can confirm this by checking the spacing of the mounting tab holes in your rails against the diagram I provided.
