Is Replacement Dual Handle Faucet # PF213790 Durable Enough Not to Break When Hose Is Stretched

Question:

This is exactly the type of hook up Id like to use on a custom project on my boat. But I would very much like the extra strength of all metal parts. In my application, the hose will be stretched 90 degrees to the quick connect to reach the over the stern and I worry where the first plastic part meets the quick connect, it will fatigue and break. Any ideas? Much thanks!

We do not have an all-metal version of the Replacement Dual Handle Faucet # PF213790 that you referenced but it is a tough faucet. The types of hoses people use with these are stretchable ones like the part # PF267003 which as long as you aren't intentionally trying to pull hard enough to brake the faucet it will be fine. The plastic is thicker and stronger than you would think so it'll work well.
