Can I Run 2 AC Units on 30 Amp Power Service

Question:

Hi I just want to know if the capaciter as the same fonction of a soft start. Can i use 2 furion on a 30 amp circuit? Thank you

The start capacitor # FR45FR is designed to store energy that will allow you to start your AC unit when there is not enough power available otherwise; I suppose it's similar to a soft start like you've referred to. Whether or not you can run 2 AC units at the same time on a 30A feed, you may have enough juice to run them, but starting them is the challenge and will depend on your coach's power management system. I'll also say that you'll have a better chance with 13,500 btu units than you would 15,500 btu air conditioners.

The # FR54FR is designed to serve as a direct replacement for a factory start capacitor as well.
