The correct steering stabilizer for your Class A 2001 Ford F-53 Chassis with a V10 engine is the Roadmaster Reflex Steering Stabilizer # RM-RBK22-RSSA.

A steering stabilizer is a good way to enhance the ride of your motor home and improve your driving experience, though I do recommend adding a rear anti-sway bar and front anti-sway bar if you don't already have one because they are a vast improvement over the OEM bars and significantly improve your rig's handling so you can enjoy your ride. The best way to enhance the ride of your motor home is - in this order - rear anti-sway bar, then front anti-say bar, followed by a steering stabilizer.

For a rear anti-sway bar you would need Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1139-143 if your coach is less than 34 feet long OR Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # 1139-144 if your coach is 34 feet or longer. Please note that with these, you will need to check to ensure there is enough factory U-bolt available to accommodate the factory nut, washer and 1/2" plate. If the u-bolts are not long enough, the # RM-590050-00 U-bolt replacement kit is needed.

For a front anti-sway bar the correct part for your '01 F-53 chassis is the Roadmaster Front Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1139-148.

I have added links to video reviews of these parts for you to take a look at.
