Can Brophy Clamp On Camper Tie Down HSWB be Used with Bed Liner

Are these camper mounts compatible with a plastic slide in bed liner? If not could i cut the liner in the area that the mounts will be installed?

Brophy has told us in the past that their clamp on style tie downs like the part # HSWB that you referenced can be used with bed liners like yours. If it's a drop-in or slide-in like you have the liner will need to be trimmed but if it's a spray on it would not require any modification.
