The Inno Wedge 660 Rooftop Cargo Box # INBRM660BK will fit on your 2018 Rogue as long as it has roof rack crossbars that are spaced apart between 24- and 39-inches.
The linked diagram shows the crossbars' maximum compatible size as well as the spacing needed at the rear of the SUV for the hatch to open fully. The Wedge's mounting hardware fits on all bar shapes and the box includes a lock. You can see one installed on a Rogue by viewing the linked video.
For rooftop cargo carriers of any type like the Inno # INBRM660BK, a worthwhile addition is a step that makes it easier to get into the box for loading and unloading. We offer tire-mount steps like HitchMate # HE4040 and free-standing steps like # TE97FR, both of which fold up for storage and which give you handy access to your cargo items.
