Will Yakima Grandtour Lo Roof Cargo Box Work w/ Factory Crossbars on 2016 Lexus RX350

Question:

Will my 2016 Lexus RX350 with factory crossbars work with the Yakima Grandtour Lo? I currently have a Thule Motion XT XL that works with the factory crossbars.

As long as the bar spread (span between center of front crossbar and center of rear crossbar) can be adjusted so it's between 24-38 inches apart and the crossbars are less than 3-1/2 inches wide and 1-11/16 inches tall, the Yakima # Y46FR GrandTour Lo roof cargo box will work great for you.

You can also take a quick measurement to see if you'll be able to fully open the liftgate without it hitting the rear of the box when it's installed.

With the front-most crossbar moved as far forward as possible, measure from the center of the bar's width rearward to the seam where the roof and the top of the liftgate meet. If this distance is 50-3/4 inches or greater, the liftgate will fully open without hitting the box.
