7-Way and Brake Controller for 2019 Sante Fe XL Limited Ultimate

Question:

Will I be able to use this part to connect with pre-wiring on 2019 Sante Fe XL? I see several options for 4-pole but I want to install 7-pole and brake controller. Is this the correct part if no hitch+connector is yet installed? Thank you.

For your 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe XL with pre-trailer wiring the Tekonsha kit part # TK24FR is a confirmed fit and does include brake controller wiring as well. This plugs into the brake controller wiring your vehicle has under the dash as well which means you'd be able to easily install a brake controller as well with it.

For a brake controller the Brake EVN part # TK63VR is the best value out there. It's proportional so it knows how hard you are applying the vehicle brakes and applies the trailer brakes in a relative amount and is very reliable as well.

Or for an even easier install we have the Curt Echo Mobile part # C51180 which plugs into an active 7-way and once synced to a smart phone is ready to tow.
