Based on your attached photo you are running two 12V batteries in parallel, the second battery is where everything is connected and that positive terminal is where you will want to run the ring terminals and wiring for your brake controller power and 12V power that will eventually run to your 7-way. Because you are asking from the Hopkins adapter # 37185 you will need to use a kit like # 5506 to get the wiring and circuit breakers needed.
If you don't already have that adapter, then I recommend using the kit # ETBC7 that will include the adapter, wiring, connections, circuit breakers, and everything you need to adapt your 4-way to a 7-way with a brake controller. You may need additional wiring like # 10-2-1 if you need more than the 25 feet of wire.
