Since you have the OEM prep package in the short bed of your 2013 Ram 3500 I highly recommend going with the B&W Companion # BWRVK3670 because it is the best manually sliding 5th wheel hitch on the market.
The Companion features 12" of front to back travel and height adjustments from 17" - 19". It also uses 1" thick dual jaws to lock the king pin securely in place as well as a cam-action latching handle that helps you to uncouple your trailer even if the terrain isn't completely level. The fully articulating head also helps to improve your ride quality while easing the effort put into hooking up to your trailer. The hitch is also proudly made right here in the USA.
