The Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 6,000-lb and 7,000-lb Axles - 12" - 5 Spoke Utility # 8-174-5UC3 is compatible with either the Dexter Hydraulic Drum Brake Kit - Duo Servo - 12" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 7,000 lbs # 23-336-337 or the free backing Uno Servo # 23-342-343. The Duo Servo option will give you the best braking capacity with those hubs so that is my recommendation.

We have the part #8-174-5UC3 which is an exact replacement for your hub, for a more standard style of hub/drum that will fit the spindle you instead would want the part #8-201-9UC3-EZ which has the very common bolt pattern of 6 on 5-1/2 inch.
