Yes, I was able to pull up pictures of the Fan-Tastic roof vent 2000DM and it uses the same vent lid as the part # FVK1020-19 that you referenced.

I spoke with my contact at Fan-Tastic Vents and she verified that the part #FVK8017-00 is a replacement for your 4000 can style motor. She said they actually have this listed as a fit in their system so you are good to go!

Many times the thickness of the grease seals #RG06-070 is not a factor. If this is a trailer hub there should be enough room for the seal to fit flush with seal flange.
