The correct rear hinge for your Yakima SkyBox 18, like part # Y07336, is the Replacement Lid Support # 8880683. I spoke with my contact at Yakima who confirmed this as well.

Yakima has rolled over their part numbers since that answer and replaced it with two hinges that work with all of their cargo boxes. For your Skybox 16, you'll just need two of part #8880683.

You can buy the front and rear lid supports for your Yakima SkyBox 18 #Y07336 right here! For the front lid support you need Replacement Lid Support #8880684 while for the rear lid support you need Replacement Lid Support #8880683.
