Recommended Trailer Hitch for a 2014 Honda CR-V AWD
Question:
I agree, I like the looks of the EcoHitch. I mainly will use hitch for my bike rack and hitch haul. Would like to be able to tow trailer, too, but mainly the above mentioned.

The Draw-Tite Class III Max Frame # 75742 that you referenced is the strongest trailer hitch available for your 2014 Honda CR-V so it is the best all-around option whether your CR-V is a 2WD or an AWD.
The only other option that would be worth checking out is the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7297 which is also a Class III trailer hitch with a 2" receiver. This trailer hitch has a hidden crosstube which gives it much more of a clean look after the installation.
When I took a look at the online owner's manual for your CR-V it looks like page 231 indicates the max tongue weight is only 150 lbs so since both trailer hitches exceed this the difference really just boils down to the specific style. I personally think the EcoHitch looks better, but if the added cost is not something that makes you want to invest in it then the Draw-Tite is definitely the way to go! I have attached sample pictures of both options for you to reference.
If you let me know what you will be using the trailer hitch for I can make additional recommendations if necessary.
