Hidden Cross Tube for a Clean, Factory Look
The EcoHitch Hidden trailer hitch is designed to be as inconspicuous as possible. The hitch's cross tube bolts onto your vehicle's frame, behind your rear bumper. No drilling or welding is required. Once the hitch is installed, only the receiver will be visible beneath your bumper. 2015 Honda CR-V
Hitch shipped fast and arrived safely despite busted box. All parts and instructions included.
Easier to install than expected. I only partially took the wheel well and bumper off because clips on the bumper flaring started to break. This approach was just enough to pull the bumper away to slip the hitch frame into place. I did have to take the muffler off, which was the most challenging part. Install took us 2 hours exactly.

I've spent an entire year with this trailer hitch now and can't be more pleased. I am comfortable with performing my own automotive work so, I did the install of the hitch.
Although this style of hitch installation is more labor intensive, the visible results are well worth it. All that is visible from the rear is the receiving end, nice and clean. There will be no rusting frame to see as the hitch ages, as I have so often seen with the rest of the usual 'offerings'.

Have had this hitch for a year. Install was straightforward. Fit is great. Looks like a factory install. All you really see is the receiver. Pulled a uhaul over 1200 miles without issue. Have used it for a small motorcycle trailer several times as well. Would definitely recommend.

Shipping box was quite damaged. But, the hitch seems to have survived the rough hanling by the transportation company.

EcoHitch is really well engineered aftermarket hitch. Just a little concern about powder coating that makes product more quality. Overall for me IT IS EXCELLENT.
