On your 2010 Toyota Tundra Regular Cab, choosing the correct fifth wheel hitch to tow your 12,000-lb fifth wheel will depend on the bed size of your regular cab.

If you have the 8 foot bed I would recommend the Reese 16K Fifth Wheel Hitch, part # RP30047, with the Reese Universal Base Rails and Installation Kit, part # RP30035-309.

If you have the 6-1/2 foot bed I would recommend the Reese 16K Fifth Wheel Hitch, part # RP30051, with the same Reese # RP30035-309 installation kit. This is a slider hitch that is needed when towing a fifth wheel with a truck bed shorter than 8 foot.

I am including a link to the installation instructions on the Reese installation kit.

If you are needing to add an extra 7-Way in the truck bed of your Tundra you can use the Pollak 5th Wheel / Gooseneck T-Connector Wiring Harness, part # PK11893-11932. I am including a link to a video of the wiring harness being installed on a Chevrolet Silverado. The vehicle is different , but the installation is the same.
