Can the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock be Used to Tow a 5,500 lb Trailer

Is this part # compatible to factory hitch pin on anti sway hitch for towing 5500 lb travel trailer? Thanks,

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock # C23519 that you referenced is similar to a standard hitch pin that you would use for a weight distribution system. To ensure that this is compatible for your application I have attached a photo showing that the pin diameter is 5/8" and the inside (usable) length is 3-5/8".
Hitch pins don't really have a towing capacity since they aren't load bearing. As long as they are the correct fit for your trailer hitch receiver, they will be able to handle the same amount of weight as your trailer hitch.
