For your 2019 Jayco Jay Flight 32BHDS with heated underbelly, the JT's Strong Arm Jack Stabilizer Kit for Travel Trailers # LC191025 will fit and give you the stabilization you are seeking. The enclosed underbelly will not hinder the fit in any way, you will just want to make sure your mounting locations are correct as they obviously aren't as visible.

The other end of the JT's Strongarm part #LC191023 has a wider lug spacing to allow the #LC191023 to install into. You are trying to install the kit on the end that is narrower.

I went our to the warehouse to measure the eye to eye distance on the arms of the JT's Strong Arm Jack Stabilizer Travel Trailer Kit #LC191025. From the center of one eye to the center of the other it was exactly 26 inches.
