The Curt hitch part # C11312 that you referenced fits the 2005 Mustang GT Convertible V6's but not the 8 cylinder with dual exhaust that you have. We do not currently have a hitch for the V8 Mustangs.
If you are wanting to carry bikes, you could consider a trunk mounted bike rack like the Saris Guardian 2 Bike Rack - Fixed Arms - Trunk Mount # SAR93FR.
