Wide Trailer Tire Recommendation for Building Trailer that will be Used on Sand

Question:

I am designing a trailer to haul equipment over hard pack sand. Want to minimize drag. Load is light and speed is slow. Never go on highway. I can pick any spindle I choose although I am kinda leaning toward BT8. Any hub is OK Any wheel is OK. What is the widest tire I can get in a Galvanized wheel combo. I desire a large contact patch for minimum sinking into the sand. Will reverse engineer back to the spindle. Thanks

The widest tire size we have is the 235/80-16 which has a section width of 9-1/4 inches. For a wheel and tire in that size with a trailer wheel that has a 6 on 5-1/2 inch bolt pattern you'd want the part # AM34834. So then to reverse engineer from there you'd want a 6 lug hub like the part # AKIHUB-655-35-K and then you'd want the 84 spindle like the TruRyde part # TRU24FR.
