In order to reduce the jolting feeling in your steering you are going to want to add a steering stabilizer like the Roadmaster Reflex Steering Stabilizer part # RM-RSSA. The Reflex Steering Stabilizer contains a tempered steel spring that will work to return the steering wheel back to its normal state while turning therefore reducing the jolting feeling. The only issue that you are going to have is that they do not make a bracket kit specifically for the V10 model, just the V8 model. However, I have been told by Roadmaster that the Custom Mounting Brackets part # RM-RBK4 can be used with slight modifications. I don't have the exact modifications that need to be made but if you take the stabilizer/bracket and motorhome to a local shop they would more than likely be able to find a way to attach it for you. This will be the only option we have for you in regards to reducing the jolting feeling you described.

In order to improve ride quality on rough roads you are going to want to add some sort of suspension enhancement and for that I recommend the Timbren Suspension Enhancement System part # TFFF53MH for front and part # TFRF53A for rear. The Suspension Enhancement System is going to act as a buffer between your frame and axle working to reduce road shock by absorbing bumps. The front kit will however require that you have a leaf spring suspension. These are the best option we have for you to improve your ride quality while on rough roads.

I have attached review/test course videos for you as well.

Yes, there are SumoSprings that will fit your 1998 Fleetwood Pace Arrow motorhome. For the front you can use the SumoSprings Rebel Custom Helper Springs part # SSF-172-40-2 and for the rear you can use the SuperSprings Custom Suspension Stabilizer part # SSA41.
