Since the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1308 uses the same mounting points for the brackets as any of the Demco above rail kits, like part # DM8552016-71, you would need to remove the B&W hitch to install the Demco rails. I do have an alternate solution for you though.

Instead of removing your B&W gooseneck hitch I recommend going with the B&W Companion because it mounts directly into the gooseneck receiver that you currently have on your 2010 Dodge Ram 3500. This allows you to retain the clean bed for when you aren't towing as well as the option to tow a gooseneck trailer in the future.

If you have an 8' bed on your 3500 then you need the stationary Companion # BWRVK3500-5W but if you have the 6-1/2' bed then you need the slider Companion # BWRVK3400-5W. I have attached some review videos for you to check out some other features about the Companion if you do choose to go this route.

Another thing you may be interested in is adding a 7-Way connector in the bed of your Dodge Ram. If you don't already have one then I recommend the Bargman # 50-97-410 as it makes connecting/disconnecting your gooseneck/5th wheel trailer wiring much easier.
