What are the Wire Functions of the CURT Trailer Connector Adapter, # C57102
Question:
Is the black wire hot and the yellow wire back up lights? Im certain white is ground and blue are brakes.

You are correct. On the CURT Trailer Connector Adapter, # C57102, the white wire is ground, black is for 12 volt power, blue is for brakes, and yellow is for reverse lights. The 4-Way would then just plug into a 4-Way trailer connector on the vehicle to provide the remainder of the lighting functions.
Be sure to ground the white wire to the vehicle frame for the connector to function properly.
