Can B&W Companion 5th Wheel Hitch be Installed in 2019 Chevy Silverado 3500 With Bedliner

I love the BW companion 5th wheel and am looking to have it in the bed of a 2019 chevy silverado 3500. i know i need the turnoverball gooseneck to mount it. will i be able to install the companion with a bed liner and is there anything i need to do specially to make that happen?

Yes you can absolutely install the B&W Companion fifth wheel hitch in your 2019 Chevy Silverado 3500 with a bed liner.
In terms of doing anything special, if it is a spray-in bed liner you do not need to do anything because a spray-in liner is not thick enough to interfere. If your 2019 Silverado 3500 has a drop-in bed liner you are going to need to remove it or cut it so the entire base of the Companion is making direct contact with your truck bed; if you take a look at the accompanying cut out of the linked manual you can see where this is stated.
To mount the Companion you are correct that you will need to first install the Custom Underbed Installation Kit # BWGNRK1016-5W which, as you noted, is also a gooseneck hitch if you ever wanted to pull a gooseneck trailer.
