Is a 2018 Toyota Sienna Factory Wired for Trailer Wiring Harness and Converter?

Does 2018 Toyota Sienna XLE already have the power wire for wiring converter box or does it need to be run?

For your 2018 Toyota Sienna, the factory wiring harness at the tail lights is the extent of the wiring for trailer connections. This means you can use a T-One wiring harness with a converter integrated, but you will need to run the power wire to your battery.
I recommend the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118648 as it is consistently the best brand for long term function. I've attached a couple videos to help with installation and have also linked an article to help with routing that power wire to your vehicle battery.
When you run the wire through the grommet, I recommend sealing the hole with # LT37467.
