Quick question... Does the Bed of the truck have to be lifted or removed for installation?

Your truck bed would not need to be lifted to install the Curt gooseneck hitch part # C607-604 that you referenced. We had the chance to install this on a very similar 2011 Chevy Silverado as yours and we did not have to lift or remove the bed.
