Availability of Hitch Mounted Step to Use with Ball Mount

I have a 2018 F150 was just wondering if you can pull the step out and put the the hitch ball in, and tow with it

The closest option we have available to what you are wanting to do is with the Buyers Products 18" Hitch Receiver Extension # 3371804017. This will insert into a 2 inch hitch receiver and provide you with an 18 inch extension with a weld-on step at the end. There is also a 2 inch receiver at the end of the step that can be used with any hitch-mounted accessory such as a ball mount. This will allow you to keep the step in place while towing.
Please just keep in mind that using this hitch extender will reduce your hitch's overall weight capacity by 33 percent.
