Will a b and w hitch from a 2010 Ram 2500 work for a chevy 2015 2500 if I get the correct install kit?

Yes, you can reuse the center section of the B and W gooseneck hitch you have with the correct bracket kit # BWGNRM1012 and you'd be set. This is the bracket kit that your 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500HD uses.
