I do have what you need, however the Kuat Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock # HLT referenced in your question will not work with your Saris Freedom 4 Bike Rack # SA4414B. This is because the Saris Freedom (along with most other hitch-mounted bike racks from any manufacturer) features a uniquely threaded hitch pin hole on the shank that makes it so only their own hitch locks will be compatible. This simply means that a hitch pin lock from a different manufacturer (such as Kuat) will not fit the hitch pin hole on a Saris rack.

For your Saris Freedom 4 you will need the Hitch Tite Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock # SA3022 instead. Like the Kuat unit you were looking at this will serve as both an anti-rattle device and a lock to secure the carrier to your vehicle. If you also need a cable lock to secure the bikes to the rack the Saris # SA981 will work perfectly.

Yes, since the thread size and length is different on the threaded hitch pins of the different bike rack manufacturers you have to stick with the same brand of hitch pin lock. So like in your case you need to stick with the Saris #SA3022.
