Adding 100 lb Propane Tank to 5th Wheel with Dual 30 lb Tanks with Auto Changeover Regulator

Question:

I have a 2005 Cardinal 5th wheel that has two 30 lbs tanks and a auto changeover regulator. I dont want to remove these from the system but since I full time in cold climates I want to add a 100 lbs tank to the system that I can disconnect when I am ready to relocate to a new place. Whats the best way to go about adding this to the system?

To add a 100 lb tank to your two 30 lb tanks, I recommend the MB Sturgis Sturgi-Stay T-Fitting w Hose - Type 1 Valve - Quick Disconnect, Disposable Cylinder Ports # 103615. This will allow you to connect the red fitting to one of your tanks and the pigtail from that tank to the brass side of the T-fitting. Then you will use the POL side of the 6 foot hose to connect to your 100 lb tank and the quick connect end to the T-fitting. Make sure your quick connect fitting is open and you'll be all set for using your 100 lb tank. If you desire a longer hose, you can use the 10 foot # 100794-120-MBS. Then if you'd like to connect a grill or other appliance you can use the # 100476-120-MBS.

All of that looks perfect, except that you shouldn't need the Adapter Fitting # 204120-MBS because the regulator you mentioned has these included.
