How far into the wall does it go? I have 3/4inch framing and 1/8inch paneling, will it fit?

The minimum mounting depth needed to install the Decor Dual USB Charging Station # DG61030VP is 1/4-inch behind the mounting surface. I measured this item in our warehouse to confirm. Please refer to the included photo.

If there isn't a USB device attached to the Charging Station for RVs #DG61030VP it will not draw any amperage at all. There isn't a light or anything else that needs power so it would be totally inactive until something is plugged into it.

The USB ports can handle 2.1 amps each while the 12V Outlet on the Charging Station #DG61023VP can handle 10 - 20 amps. This station is also available in White #DG61024VP and Ivory #DG61025VP.
