The Curt Trailer Hitch # C13304 comes only with the trailer hitch and hardware needed to install it on your 2018 Nissan Titan, but we do have wiring kits that are available as well.
For a 4-Way wiring kit I recommend the # C59496 which comes with all of the wiring and connectors that you need. This kit draws power directly from your battery so as to protect the wiring on your Titan.
If you are needing a fully functional 7-Way then you will also need to install the Hopkins # N40975 if you have the tow package, or the Universal Wiring Kit # ETBC7 if you don't have the tow package. The wiring included with this kit will also add 12V power to your 7-Way and the wiring needed for a brake controller like the Tow-Pro Elite # RED44FR. If you do have the factory tow package then you can use the adapter # 3050-S to complete the installation.
You also need a ball mount to complete your towing kit. I like to recommend an adjustable ball mount like the B&W Tow and Stow # BWTS10037B for pickups because it allows you to tow with a variety of trailers. A locking hitch pin like part # BX8858 will help deter theft of this convenient product.
