Sorry to hear your system broke and there aren't replacement parts available for your horse trailer.

The Bulldog Velocity Series Electric Landing Gear Jack - 24" Lift - 12,000 lbs # BD185400 is a good replacement for your discontinued and broken system. It will simply bolt right on to your trailer so it can utilize the 12V power you already have run. It is able to lift 12,000 lbs and lifts 20 inches in 60 seconds.

Another great option for you is the Bulldog Square Jack - Drop Leg w/ Spring Return - Sidewind - 12-1/2" Lift - 10,000 lbs # BD182800 and then using the Bulldog Powered-Drive Kit for Single-Speed Jacks w/ 12,000-lb Capacity # BD1824200100.

A final option is the Bulldog Powered-Drive Kit for OEM 2-Speed Planetary Jacks w/ 12,000-lb Capacity # BD1824180100 along with the Bulldog 2-Speed Jack - Drop Leg w/ Non-Spring Return - Planetary - 12-1/2" Lift - 10,000 lbs # BD183401 along with the Bulldog Square Jack - Drop Leg w/ Non-Spring Return - Sidewind - 12-1/2" Lift - 10,000 lbs # BD182411 for a tandem jack application.

The cost will depend on which option you choose. The Bulldog Velocity # BD185400 simply bolts on so there is no additional cost, where the other jack options require welding so if you are not inclined to do that, you would need to have a professional help you out at whatever their rate is. The cost in terms of parts depends on if you want to replace two jacks or use a single jack like some horse trailers do in the center. The electric motors are easy to mount and the installation isn't bad. You are probably looking at a few hours of labor at whatever that rate is from a shop you trust. You can check all the final costs for parts in the shopping cart on our site before you give the final order confirmation to process the order. If you want another option, I have had people use landing gear like the Ultra-Fab Deluxe Electric Landing Gear Set - 38" Lift - 12,000 lbs # UF17-943010. The issue with this is that you would need to create boxes to cover the motors from weather because they are designed for mounting inside trailers away from the elements with just the legs exposed. With this product, just the mounts need to be welded to the trailer and the legs get bolted on with the weld stops securing the position. I've attached a video to assist.
