I want to cut/trim a bumper pad to fit a bumper. What is the best method?

The best method for cutting a step pad like the Westin # 00000923 that you were looking at will be to just use a sharp razor blade. Mark where you need to cut on the pad first and use the blade to score it as best as you can before snapping off the cut sections. This particular pad is made of molded polymer plastic.
