Is the bumper sturdy enough for the button anchoring points for a cabover camper and HappyJack turnbuckles?

The Westin Bumper, part # 21007-92230 is designed to work well for your truck, and matches the factory specifications for your vehicle. The bumper attaches to the frame rail on your truck and has a tongue weight capacity of 800 lbs and a towing capacity of 8,000 lbs. When towing or carrying cargo you will always want to stay within the weight limits of your truck per the manufacturer recommendations.

My contact did tell me that this bumper has a 3-year warranty, but if you would modify the bumper in any way the warranty would be void.

All of the mounting hardware is included with the Westin Diamondstep Replacement Bumper with Custom Install Kit, item #63000-97800. You will not need to purchase any parts separately for attachment at the rear of your 1996 Dodge Dakota pickup.
