Tensile strength is not available in regards to this adapter because it is only rated to be used on certain Thule accessories and should not be used for other purposes. Due to this there would not be a reason for Thule to have information regarding tensile strength.

The bolts from the Thule Xadapt12 Watersports Adapter for AeroBlade and AeroBlade Edge Bars # THXADAPT12 are constructed from steel and have a black powder coat.
