Is the distance from the front of the hitch to the Center of the mounting hole 1.5 inches or greater?

I went out to our warehouse to take a look at the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11433 that you referenced, which is confirmed to fit your 2018 Chevy Spark. I measured a distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the edge of the receiver of right at 2-1/4 inches.

It sounds like you are trying to ensure compatibility of a bike rack with this particular hitch, as many require a minimum distance for this measurement. In that regard you will have no issues at all with this hitch. Also keep in mind that since this is a Class I hitch the bike rack you use needs to be rated for Class I hitches as well. The hitch receiver features a tab on the inside that will prevent Class II and higher-rated bike racks and hitch-mounted accessories from fitting properly.
