How to Carry Two 54-lb Bulls Electric Bikes on 2016 Chevy Spark

My wife and I are buying bulls electric mountain bikes weighing 54 lbs each. What bike rack to you recommend for our 2016 Chevy Spark? I think I saw on here that each bike can only weigh 35 lbs?

You are correct that for most bike racks such as the Thule Passage # TH910XT a 35-lbs-per-bike weight capacity is fairly common. Some can handle more weight but since you want to load 108-lbs of bikes plus the rack's own weight on your 2016 Spark you will need a hitch receiver and hitch-mounted bike rack.
If you were to load two such bikes on a trunk-mount rack you would be talking a total weight of 120-lbs or more. This is simply too much of a load for a car's sheet metal.
Instead I recommend Class I hitch # C11433 which bolts on to the car's frame with included hardware; with it you will need Curt support strap # 18050 to help steady the bike rack you select.
