Is there a minimum hitch to ground height clearance on 2018 Toyota Sienna?

There is not a minimum clearance required by law for a trailer hitch, so you simply want to make sure you are able to travel without bottoming out your receiver. For instance, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # C13105 has a dimension of 12 inches from the inside top of the receiver which means approximately 9 inches from the ground to the bottom edge due to the lower the side brackets.

If you are concerned about that ground clearance restriction, then I recommend the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # 306-X7255 which will be approximately 10-3/4 inches from the ground. This is the best ground clearance you will find for a hitch receiver on your vehicle.

That height should allow you to go over speed bumps and driveway edges without issue unless your tongue weight causes significant sag on your rear suspension. To minimize that sag, you can use suspension enhancement like the Air Lift AirLift 1000 Air Helper Springs for Coil Springs - Rear # AL60732 to level your ride. If you go this route, you may also want the ability to change the air pressure at anytime using a compressor like # AL25592.

I've attached some videos to further assist.

If you will be towing with this hitch, I also recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118498 for SE models or # 118648 for all other models. Then for a ball mount I recommend the ball mount kit # 989900 to give you the options needed for different trailers.

I've attached some videos to assist with these parts and their features.
